Mom's Favourite: Benefits of Roselle Hawthorn and Rose

Mom's Favourite: Benefits of Roselle Hawthorn and Rose

Rejuvenate Roselle came around as the fourth buddy introduced to Tea Buds. Think of this like Ribena, but without the calories!

This buddy is curated to help you find balance in your daily life, especially after a heavy meal. The blend of roselle, hawthorn, and rose works together to support your heart, mind, and body. Here's how it works:

Benefits of Roselle

Roselle, also known as Hibiscus sabdariffa, is celebrated in many cultures for its tart, cranberry-like flavor and stunning crimson hue. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), roselle is slightly cooling in nature, helping to improve digestion and detoxify the body.

Benefits of Hawthorn Berry

Hawthorn berries are small red berries that are warming in nature, known to enhance blood circulation and alleviate digestive issues.

Benefits of Rose

Finally, the roses bring a gentle touch to this blend. In TCM, rose petals are used to promote emotional balance and reduce stress. They soothe the mind and heart, making them an excellent addition to our Rejuvenate Roselle blend.

The taste starts off sour, soon transitioning to the gentle, floral notes of rose. This buddy, to me, feels like that friend who jokingly says, "Serve you right!" after you stuff yourself with too much food, yet stays with you until you feel better.

Let the zest of each brew cleanse and refresh your body after a heavy meal. Here’s to new beginnings and the simple joys that nature brings into our lives.

Whether you're looking to support your digestion or simply enjoy a refreshing cup of tea, Rejuvenate Roselle (click here to purchase) is here to accompany you on that journey.

Fun fact: This is the only blend where my mom will request for extras whenever we pack for an order!

Note though, this buddy is not suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and with gastric or acid reflux. Please consult your doctor if you are on medication, pregnant or breastfeeding.
