Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Please note:
Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. However, please note that refund decisions are subjected to discretion and will be handled on case by case basis.

Damages and issues
